Quote	President Obama will veto legislation enabling construction of a pipeline to bring oil from Canada through the American heartland to Texas, the White House announced. So much for building a working relationship with a Republican Congress. The Keystone XL would create jobs for Americans and enable the unlocking of plentiful, inexpensive energy. It has bipartisan support — except in the far reaches of environmental extremism.
