This decision is far more important to Canada than to the United States. Remember Canada? They are our friends, our largest trading partner, they fight with us in every war, and their diplomats risked their necks to hide our diplomats during the Iranian hostage crisis. That should decide it. Killing the pipeline would wound Canada, and there’s no justification for that.
